STEP 1:
Open "Eclipse" IDE.
STEP 2:
Click on "Android SDK Manager" in toolbar.
STEP 3:
Set of Installed Packages will display. Then, Open Tools -> Options.
STEP 4:
Enter the IP (Internet Protocol) of the HTTP Server with Port Address.
STEP 5:
Then,Click on "Close" Button.
STEP 6:
Then, Close the SDK Manager.
STEP 7:
Then, Close the "Eclipse" IDE.
Open "Eclipse" IDE.
STEP 2:
Click on "Android SDK Manager" in toolbar.
STEP 3:
